摘　　要：随着移动通信网络和移动终端技术的发展,基于移流媒体技术的移动教育引起了教育界的普遍关注。分析移动流媒体的格式和特点,研究移动流媒体的实时传输协议、传输方式、传输质量、编解码方式等关键技术,设计移动流媒体的系统架构,实现移动流媒体的功能,建设以学习者为中心的移动流媒体教育资源,充分运用自主学习策略,更好地发挥学习者的主动性、积极性,体现学生认知主体的作用,以实现移动流媒体远程教育的最优化。With the development of mobile communication network and mobile terminal technique, great attention has been given to the mobile education based on the mobile streaming media technology in the educational world. This paper analyzes the format and the characteristics of mobile streaming media, researches the key technology of mobile streaming media such as the real-time transmission protocol, transmission mode, transmission quality, code and de-code mode. Based on the analyzing, this paper also design a system method of mobile streaming media, realizes the function of the media. The paper also builds a system of learner-centered mobile streaming media education resources under the theory of modern education, with the full use of independence and self-learning strategies, the system could give full play to the initiative of learners, show the ability of student cognitive body, so as to realize the mobile streaming media remote education.
