学校体育管理的自组织观探析

摘　　要：正如在科学研究领域经历的变革历程一样,管理理论也经历过由机械论向有机论范式的转变,在解析机械论思维范式基础上,对这一范式下所建立的他组织管理理论及其对学校体育管理的影响进行阐述。据此,提出了有机论思维范式下学校体育管理的自组织观,分析学校体育的自组织特性,探寻其运行机制。最后,提出促进学校体育自组织管理的建议。As the changes experienced by the scientific research fields,the management theory has also changed from the mechanical theory to organic theory.By reviewing the organic thinking mode,the paper illustrates the ＂being organized＂ management theories built up under this mode and its influences on the school athletics management.On this basis,the paper proposes the self-organized theory of school athletics management analyzes the characteristics of the self-organized organization and explores its function mechanism.Finally,it proposes suggestions to self-organized management of school athletics.
