普通高校课外体育竞赛的目标构建

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、比较等研究方法,对我国普通高校课外体育竞赛目标进行了分析,认为我国普通高校课外体育竞赛目标是:课外体育竞赛活动应纳入到高等教育计划中,积极开展课外体育竞赛,广泛开展和建立以娱乐、业余竞技为主的校内体育竞赛体系;以体育俱乐部为主体,开展运动训练,提高运动技术水平与身体素质。By the research methods of documentation,interviews and comparison,the objective of extracurricular sport games is analyzed in the higher education institutes（HEIs）.The author reckons that the objective shall include integrating the extracurricular activity in the higher education planning,actively holding the extracurricular sport games and widely establishing the university sport games system focusing on its recreational function and amateur sport.The sport club shall be the subject to conduct the sport coaching to enhance the students＇ sport techniques and physical health.
