摘　　要：目的：探讨肝阻抗血流图及其二维彩色环反映脂肪肝血流动力学状态的综合指标及参数，及其与甘油三脂（ＴＧ）的相关性。方法：应用肝阻抗法，采用块状电极检测。结果：随着脂肪肝从Ｉ组到Ⅲ组的进展，Ｈｓ、Ｃｄｚ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｃ／Ｂ—Ｃ、Ｂ—Ｃ、Ｉ环和总环均逐渐降低与缩小，而Ｈｄ／Ｈｓ、Ｑ—Ｂ／Ｂ—Ｙ则逐渐增大，与对照组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且随着脂质在肝脏沉积的加重，Ｈｓ、Ｃｄｚ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｃ／Ｂ—Ｃ、Ｉ环与ＴＧ负相关和Ｈｄ／Ｈｓ与ＴＧ的正相关愈加显著。结论：应用肝阻抗血流图各指标参数（尤其Ｈｓ、Ｈｄ／Ｈｓ、Ｃｄｚ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｃ／Ｂ—Ｃ、Ｉ环）可以敏感地综合反映脂肪肝的血流动力学变化，并估测脂质（主要是ＴＧ）浸润肝脏的程度。Objective:To study synthetic indexes and parameter of liver impedance rheograph and its two dimensional colored cycle,which reflect the state of fatty liver hemodynamics and heir correlativity with triglyceride (TG).Method:Lump electrode was used for detection by liver impedance method.Results:With the progress in fatty liver from group to group ,there is a gradual drop and decrease in Hs,Cdz/dt max,C/B-C,B-C,differential cycle and toal cycle,and radual rise,however,in Hd/Hs and Q-B/B-Y,remarkably different from those of the control group (P<001). Hs,Cdz/dt max,C/B-C and cycle I is negatively corrdlated to TG and Hd/Hs is positively correlaed to TG,more significantly with the increa of lipide deposit in the liver.Conclusion:All the abovementioned indexes and parameter(especially those of Hs,Hd/Hs,Cdz/dt max,C/B-C and cycly I) can be used to,sensitively and synthetically,reflect the changes is fatty liver hemodynamics and to estimate the degree of lipide infiltration into liver (TG,mainly).
