摘 要:应用气质联用法测定了牛奶中氯霉素的残留量。样品经溶剂萃取后过柱净化、衍生,所得的衍生产物采用气质联用法测定,选择氯霉素衍生物225特征离子进行定量。结果表明,氯霉素浓度在5~50μg·L^-1之间进行测定时与其衍生物峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9962,且该法的检出限为0.55μg·L^-1。牛奶样品中加入氯霉素标准溶液进行回收率测定,测得回收率结果在85%-100%之间。GC-MS was applied to determine the content of residual chloramphenicols in milk.The sample was extracted by solvent,purified by extraction column and derived.The derivative product was then analyzed by GC-MS and the characteristic ion m/z 225 was chosen for quantitative determination.The result showed that linear relationship expressed with peak area v.s.concentration of chloramphenicols was in the range of 5 ~50 μg·L^-1(correlation coefficient 0.996 2).The lower limit of determination of the method was determined to be 0.55 μg·L-1.The applicability of the method was tested by the measurement of standard chloramphenicols spiked into milk samples and the recoveries were in the range of 85%~100%.
