摘　　要：目的描述济宁地区甲状腺乳头状癌的分布特点,为进一步的防治奠定基础。方法收集济宁市规模最大的两家综合性医院内近10年甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床资料,就其流行强度、性别、年龄、地区分布等进行分析。结果甲状腺乳头状癌发病年龄高峰期在30～39,40～49岁年龄组,分别占25.7%,26%。女性多于男性,性别比为5.2:1。结论甲状腺乳头状癌主要危害中年女性,地区差异,社会因素,遗传因素等与其发生密切相关。Objective To descript the description feature of papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC） in Jining area,for further prevention lay the foundation.Methods The clinical data of PTC from the two largest hospital in Jining were collected in the study.The study was based on the rate of spread,sex ratio,age distribution and geography distribution,etc.Results 26 %of patients were at the ages of 40～49.25.7% of patients were at the ages of 30～39.Among all these patients,the ratio of female to male is 5.2∶1.Conclusion This cancer endangers mainly the middle aged females.The factors of region,society and heredity are related closely with PTC.
