翼状胬肉切除及角膜缘干细胞移植术后复发原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型的手术方法翼状胬肉切除及角膜缘干细胞移植术术后复发原因。方法对2003-05～2008-05在我院住院的翼状胬肉患者,265例(356只眼)局麻下施行翼状胬肉切除+角膜缘干细胞移植术术后复发情况进行观察。结果术后观察6～12个月,术后复发有26例(26只眼),复发率为7.3%。结论复发原因主要是与手术医师的手术熟练程度、患眼的病变程度、术前患眼的炎症控制情况及感染等因素有关。Objective To analyze the recurrent causes of pterygium after the new surgery ： pterygium excision and limbal stem cell transplantation and to improve surgery quality. Methods Two hundred and sixty-five cases （365 eyes） of pterygium were treated by pterygium excision and limbal stem cell transplantation under local anesthesia from May 2003 to May 2008. Results The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 12 months,in 265 cases（365 eyes）, recurrence was found in 26 cases（26 eyes）, the recurrence rate was 7. 3%. Conclusion The recurrence is mainly connected with factors, such as doctor＇ s proficiency in this surgery, diseased eye＇ s lesion degree, diseased eye＇ s inflammation control status and infection before the surgery, etc.
