关于促进广播电视大学教风建设的思考

摘　　要：教风建设是广播电视大学质量监控体系中重要的一个方面,一向倍受重视。文章围绕建设适应广播电视大学教育教学特点的教风,结合目前开展的教学实践,从如何促进教风建设这一角度出发,对影响教师师德建设、教风建设的主要因素进行了分析,提出了促进教风建设的具体方法和措施。Teaching style and environments construction in Radio and TV University is an important aspect of quality monitoring system that has been paid attention to. The article focused on building a teaching style and environments equal to Radio and TV University, referred to teaching practice ,analyzed the elements affecting teacher virtue construction and teaching style and environments construction from the angel of promoting teaching style and environments construction, and advised some dealing methods and measures.
