新型阳离子固着剂的特性及其在彩喷纸中的应用

摘　　要：研究新型的高聚合度聚胺类阳离子固着剂对SiO2分散液及彩喷纸涂料黏度、沉降性能以及对彩喷纸图像打印质量、涂层防水性、白度等方面的影响因素,并与普通阳离子固着剂做比较。结果表明:高聚合度聚胺类阳离子固着剂能够明显降低SiO2分散液黏度;在一定添加量下,能降低涂料黏度,但随着用量增加,其黏度又会逐渐增加;高聚合度聚胺类阳离子固着剂能够防止SiO2分散液及涂料快速沉降;提高图像打印质量以及图像防水性以及在涂料中的添加用量,且成本低廉。The effect of cationic resin additive for properties of silica pigment and paper coating used on ink-jet print quality was studied,and the colour fixation mechanism was discussed in this paper.The results showed that cationic resin additive could decrease the viscosity of dispersant silica pigment and paper coating,decrease the sedimentation rate of coating and silica pigment,and improve ink-jet print quality that density and water fastness of the print image and so on.
