盐城市沿海滩涂湿地生态服务价值研究

摘　　要：生态服务价值评估,是区域生态安全评估的重要组成部分,对区域可持续发展具有重要的意义。盐城市位于江苏沿海开发战略的最前沿,有西太平洋海岸最大的滨海湿地,具有极高的生态价值。文章分析了盐城沿海滩涂湿地的主要生态服务功能,包括生产功能、调节功能、维持功能、人文功能,通过对不同景观的生态服务价值系数的重新核定,对沿海滩涂湿地生态服务价值进行了评估,计算出沿海滩涂湿地生态服务价值为22287803080元。文章通过生态活度位表征沿海各生态系统单元的自然属性和经济属性的相对大小,结果表明经济属性响水>东台>滨海>射阳>大丰。文章对沿海滩涂湿地生态服务价值的核算,不仅是对盐城沿海经济发展的生态屏障的评估,也是为了更好的贯彻《江苏沿海地区发展规划》,实现江苏沿海地区经济、社会、环境的和谐发展。The ecosystem services value assessment is an important component of regional ecological security assessment,it is significant to the regional sustainable development.Yancheng is at the forefront of the strategy of costal developing of Jiangsu province,has the biggest coast wetland in the west coast of the Pacific,it has the extremely high ecology value.The paper analyzed the main ecosystem services of Yancheng costal wetland,including producing function,regulating function,maintaining function,culture function,By the ecological service value of different landscape per hm2 re-approved,calculated the ecological service value of Yancheng coast wetland is 22287803080 yuan.Article compared the natural attributes and of coastal eco-system unit through Eco-activity bit,the result of economic attributes is XiangshuiDongtaiBinhai SheyangDafeng.The accounting of coastal wetlands ecosystem service value not only is the assessment of ecological barrier of Yancheng coastal economic development,but also is better to implement the ＂development planning in Jiangsu coastal areas＂,and is to achieve the economic,social,and environmental harmonious development in coastal areas.
