海安县人群安全食用河豚鱼的KAP调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解江苏省海安县居民食用河豚鱼的相关知识、态度和行为(KAP)。[方法]对分层随机抽样所得的调查对象采用自制的食用河豚鱼的KAP问卷进行调查。[结果]在1086调查对象中,河豚鱼的食用率高达92.4%,79.6%能区分河豚鱼与普通鱼类,97.9%支持食用养殖河豚鱼,82.7%支持禁止食用野生河豚鱼。以得分10分为满分计,医务人员(8.9分)和厨师(8.1分)掌握较高的河豚鱼食用知识,而农民(5.3分)和学生(3.7分)则缺乏这方面知识。[结论]海安县居民普遍食用河豚鱼并初步具备了相关的知识,但食用河豚鱼的相关知识、态度和行为在各人群中不一致。本调查为养殖河豚鱼的安全利用提供了依据。[Objective]To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）for globefish consumption,the survey was conducted in Hai＇an County of Jiangsu Province.[Methods]The participants were collected bythe stratified randomization,and were asked to complete a KAP questionnaires about globefish consumption.[Results]92.4% of 1086 participants have ever consumed globefish and 79.6% of them can distinguish globefish from common fish.The percentage of supporting cultured globefish consumption and supporting the prohibition of wild globefish consumption accounted for 97.9% and 82.7%,respectively.In the questionnaires with 10 points as full score,the medical personnels（8.9 points）and chefs（8.1 points）grasped the higher related knowledge;however,the score was lower in the farmers（5.3 points）and students（3.7 points）.[Conclusion]The population in Hai＇an County is common in globefish consumption and has certain knowledge.However,the knowledge,attitude and practice were varied among different groups.Our survey provided the evidence for the safe use of globefish.
