摘　　要：回顾性分析2008年4月～2009年6月期间16例外周型肺癌患者经CT定位经皮肺穿刺注射对甲苯磺酰胺的护理方法,包括术前心理护理及准备、术中护理配合及术后护理。认为医、护、患三者配合得当可提高操作的成功率和减少并发症的发生,确保患者术后顺利康复。The nursing care for 16 patients with peripheral lung cancer treated by toluene sulfonamide injections under CT guidance from April 2008 to June 2009 were summarized, including preoperotive preparation and psychological nursing before the surgery, nursing cooperation during the surgery, and nursing care afterwards. It was considered that close cooperation among patients, nurses and physicians could help improve sugery＇s success rate, reduce complications, and gurantee the rehabilitation.
