摘  要:在利用响应曲面法优化微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取腊梅花精油的工艺研究过程中,采用Box=Benhnken中心组合设计的原理,选取了蒸馏时间、料液比、微波功率为响应因子,以腊梅花精油提取率为响应值,构建了二次回归方程的预测模型.研究结果表明,微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取腊梅花精油的最佳工艺参数为:蒸馏时间为2.2 h、料液比为1∶12、微波功率为530 w.在此条件下,平均提取率达到0.615%.Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the technology of extracting essential oils from Chimonanthus praecox flowers with microwave-assisted hydrodistillation.The effects of distillation time,material to water ratio and microwave power on the extraction rate of essential oils from C.praecox flowers by microwave-assisted hydrodistillation were studied,and a predictive polynomial quadratic model was set up by Box-Benhnken central composite design.With the optimal technological parameters for extracting essential oils from C.praecox flowers(extracting time 2.2 h,material to water ratio 1∶12 and microwave power 530 w),an average rate of oil extraction of 0.615% was achieved.
