摘　　要：当前,处于人类文明进程中的中国正在经受公平问题的困扰,公平正义问题成为构建社会主义和谐社会的核心所在。本文从借鉴柏拉图运思正义问题的意蕴出发,梳理探讨了正义理论的内容和特性,为发展和完善我国的公平正义理论提供了一种认识上的维度。China,in the progress of human civilization,is now beset by the problem of fairness.Fairness and justice constitute the basis for constructing harmonious socialist society.Therefore,the paper draws on Plato＇s deliberation on justice,and expounds on the content and characteristics of justice theories for the sake of improvement and perfection of justice theory in China.
