摘　　要：目的研究手外伤术后康复治疗和指导对手功能恢复的作用。方法对在院的306例手外伤木后患者，统一制定康复计划，适时和早期进行康复治疗，对每个出院患者建立档案及联系通道。主动与患者联系，逐个督促复查和随访，指导功能锻炼，观察治疗效果。结果随访时间为6—12个月，按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准，优良率达87％。结论手外伤患者术后接受康复治疗，结合定期指导，对手的功能的恢复有重要作用。Objective To research the roles of postoperative rehabilitation therapy and instruction for patient with hand injury. Methods In this study, 306 patients with hand injuries were enrolled. All inpatients received a rehabilitation therapy in the early period after surgery based on a rehabilitation program. The information of the patient was collected for further contact and observation of the functional improvement. After discharged home, the patient was required for follow-up and receiving hand function assessment every period of time, followed by excises instruction based on the function recovery. Results The period of follow-up ranged fi-om 6 to 12 months. At the final follow-up, 87% of the patients obtained excellent to good results according to the function assessment criteria for upper limb of the human body formulated by the Society for Hand Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association. Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation therapy and instruction play critical roles for improvement of the function of the injured hand.
