摘  要:为了研究各铺层厚度对复合结构隔声性能的影响,设计出声学性能最优的仪表板.由结构-声场耦合有限元方程计算某复合仪表板各铺层厚度对其透射侧一点声压的灵敏度,根据结构-声学灵敏度结果,以仪表板透射侧一点的声压最小为优化目标,各铺层厚度为设计变量,仪表板总质量为约束条件,用修正的可行方向法优化1500Hz以内的声学性能.结果表明,与原单层镁质仪表板相比,优化后的镁合金复合仪表板重量减轻1.25kg.用结构-声耦合法计算二者的声学性能,透射侧总声压级由128.2dB下降至124.2dB,实现仪表板轻量化、低噪声的设计要求.To get best acoustic performance of a dash panel,influence of each layer's thickness on sound insulation performance of laminated structure was researched.Based on structural-acoustic coupling finite element equations,the sensitivity of each layer's thickness of laminated dash and sound pressure at transmission side was calculated.According to the structure-acoustic sensitivity,minimizing sound pressure at the transmission side of the dash was used as the optimize objective,subject to the limit of total weight,layers' thicknesses were design variables.The dash's acoustic performance within 1 500 Hz was optimized by modified method of feasible directions.Compared with original single-layer magnesium alloy dash,the laminated dash with optimized reduces the weight by 35%.And calculating the acoustic performance of two dashes with structure-sound interaction method,the results indicate that the overall sound pressure level at transmission side of the dash drops from 128.2 dB to 124.2 dB.The light-weight,low-noise design for magnesium dash is achieved.
