肝细胞癌组织中Numb、p53蛋白的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察Numb蛋白和p53蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达情况及其两者的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例HCC组织及其癌旁组织、8例肝硬化组织和9例正常肝组织中的Numb蛋白和p53蛋白的表达情况。结果 Numb蛋白在HCC组织中的阳性表达率为44.7%,明显低于癌旁组织、肝硬化组织及正常肝组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p53蛋白在HCC组织中的阳性表达率为66.7%,明显高于癌旁组织、肝硬化组织及正常肝组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在HCC组织中,Numb蛋白表达与p53蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.4667,P<0.05)。结论 HCC组织中Numb蛋白和p53蛋白表达与非HCC组织比较均有变化,两者可能均参与了HCC的发生发展过程。Objective To discuss significance of Numb and p53 proteins＇ expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and their relationships. Methods The expressions of Numb and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and cancer adjacent tissues,8 liver cirrhosis （LC） tissues and 9 normal liver tissues. Results The positive rate of Numb in HCC tissues was significantly lower than that in cancer tissues, LC tissues and normal liver tissues（P 〈 0. 05）. The positive rate of p53 in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in cancer adjacent tissues, LC tissues and normal liver tissues （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of Numb protein had minus relation to the expression of p53 protein （ r = - 0. 4667,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compared to expressions in non-HCC tissues, expressions of Numb protein and p53 protein in HCC tissues were changed, which might relate to carcinogenesis and development of HCC.
