论高校工程特色创新人才培养

摘　　要：现代工程所要求的创新性日益突出。高校工程教育应以特色创新人才培养为目标,改革传统专业培养模式,构建具有特色的工程专业课程体系。加强创造型师资队伍建设,依托产业界与高校共建的实践基地,结合企业的科研资源,改革教学内容,建设特色教材。并依托开放的实验教学资源,完善开放式多层次实验课程体系,构建工程特色的创新与实践教学平台,同时注重工程兴趣的培育、工程师人格的塑造,培养特色工程创新人才。Required by modern engineering innovation become increasingly prominent.Higher engineering education should be based on the cultivation of featured creative talents as an opportunity to reform the traditional professional cultivation model and to build featured engineering curriculum system.We should strengthen the construction of creative teaching staff,rely on the practice base belonging to industry and the colleges and universities,combine with corporate research resources,reform teaching content and construct featured textbook.We should rely on an open experimental teaching resources to improve the open-ended multilevel experimental curriculum system,build innovation and practice teaching platform with engineering characteristics,meanwhile focus on the cultivation of engineering interest,the shaping of engineers＇ personality and the training of creative talents of featured engineering.
