摘  要:目的:观察肉鸡活体强化亚硒酸钠后,硒元素在鸡体内主要脏器中的形态及其含量,为富硒肉鸡的生产提供基础数据。方法:将6只雄性三黄鸡随机分为对照组、低剂量组和高剂量组,通过饮水途径自然摄取硒补充剂,亚硒酸钠浓度分别为0 mg/Kg.b.w.、2 mg/Kg.b.w.和10 mg/Kg.b.w.。实验结束后采用颈部动静脉放血方式处死实验动物,并采集肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、心脏、胃、血液等组织器官进行硒含量测定。结果:各组织脏器内的平均总硒含量分别为13.5~39.1μg/100g(对照组),68.8~365.8μg/100g(低剂量组)和109.2~809.7μg/100g之间(高剂量组),以肝脏和肾脏含量最高,且有机硒比例均在93%以上。结论:通过体内-短期-大剂量的活体强化,硒元素能以有机硒的形态在肉鸡体内各组织脏器富集,得到富含有机硒的肉鸡。【Objective】To observe the forms and contents of selenium in main viscera of broilers after fortifying sodium selenite in vivo in order to provide basic data for producing selenium-enriched broilers.【Method】A total of 6 male Tender Chicken were randomly divided into three groups that included control,low-dose and high-dose groups.The broilers intaked selenite by means of drinking water and the concentrations were 0 mg/Kg.b.w.,2 mg/Kg.b.w.and 10 mg/Kg.b.w.respectively.All experimental animals were executed by drawing blood from the carotid artery and vein.The contents of total and inorganic selenium in muscle,liver,kidney,heart,stomach and blood in broilers were measured and then the contents of organic selenium were calculated.【Result】The mean contents of total selenium in main viscera and tissue were as follows: 13.5 to 39.1μg/100g in control group,68.8 to 365.8μg/100g in low-dose group and 109.2 to 809.7μg/100g in high-dose group respectively,highest in liver and kidney.In addition,the proportions of organic selenium were all above 93%.【Conclusion】By the short time and high dose of fortifying sodium selenite in vivo,the element of selenium could enrich in the viscera and tissues of broilers in the form of organic selenium,so as to obtain selenium-enriched broilers.
