固相微萃取-气质联用分析香蕉象甲为害诱导的香蕉假茎挥发性成分

摘　　要：采用固相微萃取-气质联用技术分析香蕉新鲜假茎与香蕉象甲为害诱导的香蕉假茎(假茎象甲+新鲜假茎、球茎象甲+新鲜假茎、假茎象甲+球茎象甲+新鲜假茎)的挥发性成分,研究香蕉象甲为害对香蕉假茎挥发性成分的影响。结果表明:香蕉新鲜假茎与球茎象甲为害诱导的新鲜假茎、假茎象甲和球茎象甲共同为害诱导的新鲜假茎三者挥发物中相同成分为十三烷,与假茎象甲为害诱导的新鲜假茎挥发物没有相同成分。香蕉象甲不同种为害诱导的香蕉假茎的相同成分为癸酸乙酯。香蕉新鲜假茎与香蕉象甲为害诱导的香蕉假茎的挥发物中均含有烃类和酯类,香蕉象甲不同种为害诱导的香蕉假茎挥发物中还含有不同的比例的醛类、酮类、醌类和酚类等。In order to investigate the effect of banana weevil-feeding on volatile components of banana pseudostem,solid phase microextraction（SPME）was applied to trap volatile components of fresh banana pseudostem and banana weevilinduced banana pseudostem including the banana pseudostem weevil＋fresh banana pseudostem,the banana corm weevil ＋fresh banana pseudostem,the banana pseudostem weevil＋the banana corm weevil＋fresh banana pseudostem,and the trapped volatile components were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）.The results showed that tridecane was the same volatile component of fresh banana pseudostem,the banana corm weevil-induced banana pseudostem,the banana pseudostem weevil and banana corm weevil-induced fresh banana pseudostem,though there was not the same volatile component of fresh banana pseudostem and the banana pseudostem weevil-induced fresh banana pseudostem.And decanoic acid ethyl ester was the same volatile component of banana weevil-induced banana pseudostem.There were hydrocarbons and esters in fresh banana pseudostem and banana weevil-induced banana pseudostem.And it was different in the relative contents of aldehydes,ketones,quinones and phenols in banana weevil-induced banana pseudostem.
