摘　　要：目的研究胰岛素样生长因子受体-1(insulin-like growth factor 1-receptor,IGF-1R) mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及意义。方法用原位杂交方法检测40例BTCC组织和15例正常膀胱粘膜组织中IGF-1R mRNA的表达;分析IGF-1R mRNA表达与BTCC临床病理特征间的关系。结果 IGF-1R mRNA在BTCC中表达阳性率为77.5%,在正常膀胱黏膜组织中不表达;IGF-1R mRNA在BTCC中表达随临床分期及病理分级的升高而增加,肿瘤转移组高于无转移组。结论 IGF-1R mRNA在BTCC中高表达,且与BTCC的发生、发展相关,是膀胱肿瘤的一种重要标记物。Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1receptor（IGF-1R）mRNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC）.Methods The expression of IGF-1R mRNA was examined in 40 samples of human bladder carcinoma and 15 samples of normal bladder mucosa by in situ hybridization,and the relationship between the clinical pathological features and IGF-1Rexpression was analyzed.Results The positive rate of IGF-1RmRNA in BTCC was 77.5%,but no expression was observed in normal bladder mucosa.The expression of IGF-1R mRNA in poorly differentiated or invasive BTCC was higher than that in well differentiated or superficial BTCC.Furthermore,IGF-1R mRNA expression increased in BTCC with lymph node metastasis,compared with BTCC without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion IGF-1R mRNA is expressed in BTCC and may serve as a molecular marker,which correlates closely with tumor grade,clinical stage and metastasis in BTCC.
