罕见后纵膈嗜铬细胞瘤麻醉处理一例

摘　　要：一女性后纵膈占位患者在全麻下行肿瘤摘除术，术中探查按压肿瘤时患者突然出现室上性心动过速及高血压危象。快速病理检查提示嗜铬细胞瘤．随停止进一步手术。经过18天的精心准备后．再次手术．顺利切除肿瘤。后纵膈嗜铬细胞瘤极其罕见，容易误诊，应引起我们的高度注意!A female patient diagnosed as posterior mediastinum mass accepted a tumor extirpation under general anesthesia. When the surgeon compressed the tumor during researching, the patient underwent a sudden supraventricular tachycardia and hypertensive crisis. A quick frozen pathology indicated the tumor might be a chromaffin tumor. So we canceled the operation, and performed it again after 18 days preparation. Tumor resection was successfully carried out. Posterior mediastinum chromaffin Tumor is rare, and is easily misdiagnosed. So we should pay much attention to those cases.
