摘　　要：目的:总结预防医学大学本科生校外现场实习基地的自身建设与管理工作实践经验。方法:通过对实际工作回顾性阐述和分析,总结出大学本科生校外现场实习基地的自身建设与管理的最佳途径和经验。结果:承担并出色完成两所著名医学院校合计八届合格本科毕业生教学任务。结论:实习基地的自身建设与管理工作实践证明,该教学实习基地从基地建立到基地管理各环节的工作思路和经验,均取得明显成效,具有可操作性,对于指导疾控工作具有深远的实际意义。Objective：To summarize the experience in construction and managemen of practicing base for undergraduates of preventive medicine to provide basis for people in the field of disease control and prevention.Methods：Retrospective analysis was conducted to put forward the optimal way and experience for the construction and management of the practicing base.Results：We have successfully accomplished the task of teaching for the undergraduates in 8 grades of 2 colleges.Conclusion：Our thoughts and experience in the construction and management of the practicing base is successful.
