摘　　要：师德是教师素质之魂,立教之本。目前,高师院校部分青年教师师德方面存在的一些问题和不良现象,不但对教育教学质量造成了一定影响,也不利于青年教师的自身发展。因此,加强青年教师师德建设,构建师德建设的长效机制,是摆在高师院校面前的一项紧迫任务。Teacher＇s morality is the soul of the teacher＇s quality and the foundation of teaching as well.At present there are some problems and defects among some young teachers in normal universities,which have some impacts on the teaching quality and the young teacher＇s development.Therefore,it is the urgent task for universities to reinforcement the construction of young teachers＇ morality and to construct the long-term mechanism of teacher＇s morality in normal universities.
