摘　　要：对厨房油烟废气的产生、主要成分及危害性进行了分析,对各种类型的净化设备进行了比较,并推荐了一种较为理想的油烟净化器。The producting, main ingredient and perniciousness of the soot waste gas in the kitchen was analyzed. Every purgative equipments of the soot waste gas in the kitchen were compared. A idealer purifier of soot was recommended.
