摘　　要：针对信息组织课程教学面临的挑战,提出了以学生能力培养为目标,从教学的内容、方法和手段实施改革。教学实践证明,这种教学模式实现教学重心转移,调动学生学习积极性,达到培养学生能力的目标。Aimed at the challenge of teaching ＂Information Organizationc＂ourse,in the paper,developing students＇ abilities as a teaching objective was proposed,and reformation on the teaching plan including the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching aids was carried out.The focus of the course was shifted from the teaching center to the students,by arousing the enthusiasm of the students to study,for achieving the goal of the ability training.
