中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法 将186例213只眼单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为2组。对照组90例102眼采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶、左氧氟沙星眼水点眼及抗病毒药物静脉滴注。治疗组96例111眼在对照组治疗基础上结合中医辨证分型内服中药治疗。2组治疗前后均进行角膜荧光素染色检查并观察临床疗效。结果治疗组111只眼,显效76只眼,有效30只眼,无效5只眼,总有效率95.49%;对照组102只眼,显效63只眼,有效27只眼,无效12只眼,总有效率88.24%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效确切,且具有缩短病程、治愈率高、疗效好等优点。Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 186 patients with herpes simplex keratitis（including 213 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups.90 patients in control group（including 102 eyes） were treated by Ganciclovir,ophthalmic gel,Levofloxacin eyedrops and intravenous injection of antiviral drug.96 patients in treatment group（including 111 eyes） were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and routine therapy.The clinical effect was observed by corneal fluorescein staining in two groups before and after treatment.Results The excellence,effective,ineffective,the total effective rate in treatment group（76 eyes,30 eyes,5 eyes,95.49%） were higher than those in control group（63 eyes,27 eye,12 eyes,88.24%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has high cure rate and good efficacy on herpes simplex keratitis,it was superior to that of routine therapy.
