摘　　要：采用废旧织物作为污水处理的填料,研究了材料特性与挂膜量的关系。发现粗糙度小的材料不能作为填料使用;亲水性不易作为选择填料的指标。实验对自选填料的使用寿命进行了测试,棉布拉伸强力保持率仅为10%,混纺布强力变化次之,绒布的拉伸强力没有变化。对使用5个月之后的填料表面进行了电镜扫描分析,棉布和混纺布的表面出现严重的剥离现象,而绒布表面变化不明显,可长期作为填料使用。Waste fabric as filler was used in the experiment.And study the relationship between the material and the amount of bacterial.there is the most bacterium was detected.Materials can not be used as filler,when the material is smooth.Hydrophilic can’t indicate whether material is used as filler or not.Optional fillers’ tension strength was tested,cotton fabric’s and blended fabric’s tension strength has major changes,Cotton’s tension strength decreased to 75 N,blended fabric’s strength changed less than Cotton but flannelettes’ has no change.We also did the SEM experiment about filler’s surface after 5 months,cotton fabric’s and blended fabric’s surface was destroyed seriously,while flannelettes’ changed slightly.So they can be used as filler for long-term.
