摘 要:目的探讨屈光参差性弱视患者轮廓察觉能力与视力提升的关系,不同的视知觉缺陷是否同步恢复或是否存在相互影响。方法观测42例屈光参差性弱视患者在为期3个月~半年的弱视治疗中,每月弱视眼及对侧健眼轮廓察觉及视力的变化,比较两者提升的规律及先后次序。结果屈光参差性弱视患者弱视眼视力的提升与轮廓察觉能力有类似的规律,是阶段性的,以2~3个月为周期。在对侧健眼视力正常的情况下,其轮廓察觉能力亦有提高。结论屈光矫正辅助遮盖的基础上进行视知觉训练能有效地促进屈光参差性弱视患轮廓察觉能力与视力的恢复,在弱视眼两者的恢复有类似的规律,在健眼轮廓察觉能独立提高。Objective To assess the relationship of contour integration recovery and visual acuity improvement in anisometropic amblyopia and to evaluate their interaction. Methods Contour detection task and visual acuity were measured monthly in children with anisometropic amblyopia(n=42) during the treatment of their 3 ~ 6 months. Treatment comprised full refractive correction,full-time total occlusion therapy and perception learning. Results The recovery pattern of visual acuity was quite similar with the improvement of contour integration in the group of amblyopic eyes,every 2 ~ 3 months it improved;the lateral VA normal eyes also had an improvement of contour integration. Conclusion Perception learning plus full refractive correction and full-time total occlusion therapy promote the recovery of visual acuity and contour integration of both amblyopic eyes and lateral VA normal eyes.
