牙周牙髓联合治疗逆行性牙髓炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察牙周牙髓联合治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法对66例逆行性牙髓炎进行根管治疗、牙周治疗、调颌等综合治疗,并于治疗完成后6个月、12个月、24个月进行随访。结果 6个月、12个月、24个月治疗有效率分别为86.37%、77.28%、69.70%。结论完善及时的牙周牙髓联合治疗是逆行性牙髓炎治疗成功的有效手段,提高患牙的保存率。Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined periodontol-endodontic therapy in the treatment of tetrograde pulpitis. Methods 66 cases of tetrograde pulpitis were treated with comprehensive treatment such as： root canal therapy,periodontal therapy,occlusal adjustment. All the patients were followed up for 6 months,12 months,24 months after treatment. Results The effective rate of 6 months,12 months,24 months after treatment was 86.37%,77.28%,69.70% respectively. Conclusion Timely perfect combined periodontol-endodontic therapy is an effective method in the treatment of tetrograde pulpitis.
