摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的临床和病理特征。方法我科收治的1例前列腺MFH患者,经尿道前列腺肿瘤部分切除术,并结合文献进行讨论。结果术后2个月肿瘤复发,6个月死于全身衰竭。结论前列腺MFH为高度恶性、预后差,早期手术切除加长期化疗可提高生存率。Objective To discuss the clinical and pathological characters of malignant fibrous histiocytoma（MFH） of the prostate. Methods One case of MFH of the prostate was diagnosed and treated surgically by transurethral resection tumour. The clinical and pathological characters of MFH of the prostate were reviewed and presented. Results The patient experienced recurrence 2 months later and died of metastasis 6 months after the operation. Conclusion MFH of the prostate is a rare high-grade malignancy tumour,with poor prognosis. Early and aggressive surgical removal of the primary lesion followed by adjuvant therapy is recommended for the treatment of the disease.
