摘  要:目的:明确薏苡仁中酯类化学物质组的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,分别对溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,应用高效液相色谱法以薏苡仁中酯类化学物质组的含量为指标进行分析,同时结合出膏率考察最佳提取工艺。结果:薏苡仁中酯类化学物质组最佳提取工艺为采用6倍量丙酮提取1次,提取30 min。结论:最佳工艺条件能充分有效地提取薏苡仁中酯类化学物质组。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for the chemical group of ester from Coix seed.Methods:The content of the chemical group of ester was determined by HPLC.The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate and the extract of the chemical group of ester as evaluation index and with the volume fraction of acetone,the extraction time and extraction times as factors.Results:The optimum extraction technology was determined as follows:6 times the amount of acetone was used as solvent,the extraction time was 30 min and the extraction was conducted for 1 time.Conclusion:The optimum conditions for extraction can be fully effective in the chemical group of ester.
