摘　　要：动态能力是企业可持续发展的源动力,将动态能力的研究范围由企业内部延伸到企业外部的产业组织中。以汽车产业为例,分析了汽车产业组织的现状。在过程、位势、路径的动态能力战略分析框架基础上,汽车产业应从战略集团差异化加强组织过程、专业化分工增加资产位势、引进与走出双向驱动发展路径3个方面构建产业组织动态能力。Dynamic capabilities is the origin of enterprise sustainable development, whose range is extended from the inside of enterprise to the outside of enterprise-industrial organization. Taking the case of the auto industry, we analyze the current situation. Based on the analysis frame of the processes, positions, paths, the auto industrial organization＇s dynamic capabilities are built by intensifying organization processes, enhancing asset positions, and driving developing paths.
