摘　　要：中国当前总体环境污染形势严峻,环境与健康风险控制能力急待提高。建立环境风险管理制度是落实中国环境与健康科学发展观,提升环境管理水平的较好选择。立足中国国情,本文就中国建立环境风险管理制度的理念、对象、方法、体制、运行机制等若干细节性问题进行了深入探讨。The capability to control the risk of environmental pollution and health damage in China is looking forward to up-grading urgently due to the serious environmental pollution situation in general.To implement scientific outlook of development in the environmental and health fields and enhance the level of environmental management in China,the establishment of environmental risk management system is a good candidate.Based on the extensive analysis of our national conditions,some key concrete issues regarding to the establishment of environmental risk management systems such as its principle,object,method,organization system,operation mechanism,et al.are discussed exclusively in this article.
