摘  要:我国企业集团文化有多种模式,但大都存在一些问题,不适应低碳经济的要求,因此,企业集团文化有必要基于低碳经济的特点进行创新,按照以人为本、以客户为导向和企业可持续发展的原则,尊重现实,更新理念,注入新的文化元素,构建以总公司文化为核心,以子公司文化为卫星的一核多星、一企多制的低碳式企业集团文化。在文化创新的执行中,应推进核心理念,实施文化拓展和激励机制,促使集团文化创新快速有效。Though there are different kinds of modes of China's enterprise groups, there are a lot of problems with that. The development of China's enterprise groups can not meet the requirement of low-carbon economy. So, we should make innovation in the culture of enterprise group based on the characteristics of low-carbon economy according to the principle of taking people as the core, taking the customers as the orientation and the sustainable development, respecting the reality, updating the ideas, introducing new cultural elements, constructing the low-carbon enterprise group culture. In making innovation in culture, we should promote the core ideas, implement cultural exploration and the incentive mechanism and promote the cultural innovation to be rapid and effective.
