摘　　要：目的加强口腔门诊的医院感染监控与环节管理,提高医疗护理质量。方法建立健全医院感染管理体系,加强口腔门诊医院感染的组织管理及医院感染知识的继续教育,增强医务人员对医院感染的防范意识,规范操作流程,严格执行消毒隔离制度,加强医疗废物的管理。结果实行各环节规范化的管理,消除医疗安全隐患,提高消毒灭菌的质量,防止医院感染的发生。结论口腔门诊医院感染的监控与环节管理,体现了医院管理水平的高低,是提高医疗护理质量、确保医疗安全的重要保障。OBJECTIVE To enhance the monitoring and management on hospital infection in dental clinic to improve the medical care quality.METHODS Establishing the hospital infection management system,strengthening the continuing education of hospital infection knowledge,and consciousness,standardizing the operation flow,and strictly carrying out the disinfection isolation system and medical service waste management,in order to enhance the organization management on hospital infection in dental clinic.RESULTS The canonical management of various links eliminated the hidden danger of medical security,improved the quality of disinfection and antiseptic and preventsed the occurrence of hospital infection.CONCLUSION The monitoring and management on hospital infection in dental clinic manifest the hospital management level.It is the important safeguard of improving the medical care quality and the medical security.
