国际化背景下山西国际商务人才需求研究

摘　　要：国际商务人才是各国贸易乃至经济发展必不可少的一个因素,山西经济尤其是对外贸易在近二十年有了长足的发展。通过对山西国际商务人才状况的问卷调查,我们发现山西目前的国际商务人才的年龄及学历基本能满足需求;在硬能力中,对政策的理解与执行力以及外语运用能力也没有太大的问题,但从业人员的专业知识则亟待提高。此外,国际商务人才的工作态度、沟通能力和创新能力等软能力也是企业非常看重的。所以,培养兼备硬能力和软能力的复合型人才就成为国际商务人才的培养目标。Professionals for international business is an essential factor to the international trade and economic development,which is especially true for Shanxi Province where foreign trade has made great progress in the last two decades.Based on a questionnaire made around the professionals for international business in Shanxi Province,it is found that the age and education background of the current professionals can meet the basic needs,and their capacity in understanding and executing the concerning policies and foreign language competence known as hard capacity are qualified as well,while their professional expertise urgently needs to improve.In addition,their working attitude,communication skills and the innovative capacity known as soft capacity is also high valued.So to develop their both hard and soft capacity is becoming the future direction in training complex professionals for international business.
