摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期综合心理干预对肺癌患者免疫系统及肾上腺皮质功能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取符合标准的肺癌Ⅱ期患者62例,分为试验组34例和对照组28例。两组住院期间试验前后均检测血浆T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及血浆游离皮质醇水平,并采用EORTC生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版对患者进行测评。结果试验组QLQ-C30总分、各因子分(除躯体症状外)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组试验前免疫指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验前后免疫指标的差值分别进行比较,CD3+和CD4+有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血浆游离皮质醇试验前后差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期综合心理干预可以提高癌症患者的免疫功能,改善患者生命质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative psychological intervention on the immune function and adreno-cortical function in lung cancer patients.Methods Sixty-two lung cancer patients were divided into two groups.The 34 patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention in addition to routine nursing care.The levels of T-lymphocyte subsets CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8＋and cortisol in plasma were measured before and after the intervention.Moreover,the patients were investigated with The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QLQ-C30（EORTC QLQ-C30）.Results Except the factor score of physical symptoms,the total score and each factor scores of QLQ-C30 were significantly higher in the experimental group than those of control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference on the parameters of immune function before the intervention（P0.05）,while significant differences were found on the level of CD3^＋,CD4^＋ and cortisol level after the intervention between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative psychological intervention can improve the immune function and quality of life for lung cancer patients.
