摘　　要：在阐述数字内容产业监管职责范围的同时,对我国数字内容产业的监管现状进行分析,指出我国数字内容产业监管存在的几点不足之处,并在详细介绍数字内容产业发展快速的发达国家在数字内容产业监管方面所取得的成功经验基础上,结合我国数字内容产业监管的现状提出一些适合我国国情的数字内容产业监管的创新建议,借以促进我国数字内容产业的健康发展。This paper expounds the responsibility range of digital content industry supervision and also discusses the present situation of digital content industry supervision in China, pointing out several deficiencies in it. Based on the detailed introduction to the successful experience of digital content industry supervision in overseas developed countries and the present situation in our country, this paper also puts forward creative suggestions about digital content industry supervision suitable for China, in the hope of promoting the development of digital content industry in China.
