摘  要:研究了不同浓度的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd(氯化盐)分别对双孢菇菌丝进行短时间(1d)和长时间(8d)诱导时,菌丝体内可溶性蛋白,巯基化合物和抗氧化酶等的变化.结果显示:高浓度的重金属在长时间诱导后显著降低菌丝可溶性蛋白含量;长时间诱导条件下,Cu、Zn显著增加巯基化合物含量,Cd则显著降低巯基化合物含量;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在重金属长时间诱导后活性显著增加,Cd诱导增加最明显;经过长时间诱导,低浓度Cu和高浓度Zn显著增加CAT酶活;经过1d和8d诱导后,Pb使CAT酶活性显著提高.The changes in the contents of soluble protein and thiol compounds as well as the activity of antioxidant enzymes caused by copper, zinc, lead and cadmium(nitrate salts), respectively in mycelia of Agaricus bisporus during short-(1 d) and long-term (8 d) exposure has been investigated. The contents of soluble protein was significantly decreased in high-level metal concentrations after long-term exposure. The thoil compounds level was significantly increased by Cu,Zn after long-term exposure, However, the thiol compounds level was significantly decreased by Cd. SOD activities were significantly increased after long-term exposure to metals, especially to Cd. The CAT activities were enhanced after long-term exposure to low-level Cu and high-level Zn, and enhanced also after short-and long-term exposure to Pb.
