摘　　要：校园文化作为一种意识形态和群体意识,通过特定的人文环境的熏陶、渗透和升华,不断作用于校园文化主体,实现其以德育人的功能。加强校园文化建设是一项系统工程,高校要大力开展校风建设和校园文化环境建设,加强人文素质教育和科学精神教育,精心组织校园文化活动,不断开拓校园文化建设的新载体,同时,还要加强校园文化建设言论,切实提高大学生的思想政治素质。The campus culture as an ideology and a group consciousness keeps acting on the subject of campus culture and achieve its function of moral education through the influence of specific cultural environment,permeability and sublimation.It is a systematic project to strengthen the campus culture,and therefore,universities should vigorously carry out the construction of school spirit and campus cultural environment,strengthen the education of humanistic quality and scientific education,well organize campus cultural activities,constantly open up a new carrier and meanwhile strengthen the construction of campus-culture speech so as to effectively improve the ideological and political quality of university students.
