基层防盲白内障手术的并发症及处理

摘　　要：目的分析无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除手术并发症原因,探讨其处理方法。方法回顾性分析自贡地区贫困白内障患者300例(300眼),接受无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的并发症及其治疗方法。结果并发症:后囊膜破裂20眼(6.6%),上方虹膜反复脱出4眼(0.1%),切口渗漏5眼(1.6%),角膜水肿64眼(21.3%),葡萄膜炎23眼(7.6%),前房出血8眼(2.6%),继发性高眼压10眼(1.4%)。结论无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除手术并发症少,后囊膜破裂和角膜水肿是其主要并发症。对出现的并发症应积极妥善处理,可获得满意的手术效果,适合在基层防盲手术中应用。Objective To explore the treatment and causes of the complications for Sutureless small incision extra capsular cataract extraction.Methods Reviewed the complications and their treatment methods of 300 poor cataract patients,who have undergone the Sutureless small incision extra capsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the area of Zigong.Results The complications were 20 posterior capsule rupture（6.6%）,4（0.1%） upper repeated iris prolapsed,5（1.6%） incision of leakage,64（21.3%）corneal edema,23（7.6%） uveitis,8（2.6%）anterior chamber haemorrhage and 10（1.4%） secondary ocular hypertension.Conclusion Few complications of Cataract Surgery happen except for the Posterior capsule rupture and the Corneal edema.Active treatment in time can lead to good result of the Cataract Surgery,thus it can be widely applied in the Cataract Surgery at communicative level.
