摘 要:使用配备EDS的SEM,研究了MmNi5-基储氢合金的微观组织和微区成分。研究的合金中稀土元素含量低于化学比,晶界有Co,Mn和Al富集相析出。分别使用ReB6、ReP5O14和纯稀土金属作为分析稀土元素的标样进行定量分析。结果表明,全部采用纯金属标样(包括纯稀土金属标样)分析结果最好;采用ReB6和ReP5O14作为分析稀土的标样时,分析误差较大。文章对误差较大的产生原因进行了讨论。The microstructure and micro area composition of the MmNi 5 based hydrogen storage alloy was studied by using SEM equipped with EDS.In the alloy studied in present paper,the mischmetal content is lower than the stoichiometrical composition,and some elements such as Co and Ni or Al rich phase precipitation have occurred at the grain boundaries.The standard samples used for the quantitative analysis were ReB 6,ReP 5O 14 and pure rare earth elements respectively.In order to quantitatively analyzing the content of rare element in the about alloy,the best results can be obtained by using the standard sample of pure metals.The bigger error arised from using ReB 6 or ReP 5O 14 as the standard samples was also discussed.
