摘　　要：本文尝试以形态计量学方法用于常规超微病理诊断中。通过对肝窦内皮细胞及隐窝细胞多项参数的测定，初步提出了二种细胞在不同病理状态下相应的定量指标，为准确及可重复性的分析提供了数据，并为进一步过渡为三维体视学分析打下良好的基础。Liver biopsy specimens from 17 cases of hepatic disease were study by electron microscopy and image analysis.A new method of the morphometric changes of ultrastructure of endothelial cells and pit cells in hepatic were studied using electron microscopy in this paper.Image analysis techniques were used to routine diagnostic of ultrastructure pathologic.The results showed that the main morphometric parameters change of endothelial cells and pit cells.The cell morphometric parameters indicated that there were significant differences in the area,perimeter,form factor,maximum diameter,minimum diameter and equivalent dfiameter of the sinusoidal cells.The study provided a useful morphological datum for ultrastructure pathologic.
