摘  要:转向节是汽车的关键零件之一,在服役过程中将承受弯曲力、扭转力和冲击力等,要求其具有较高的综合力学性能。试验表明,该转向节采用F40MnVS微合金非调质钢制造,并提高其受力最大部位的锻后冷却速度,不仅其综合力学性能可达到要求,还省略了调质工序,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。Steering knuckle is one of the key automobile parts and required to have better comprehensive mechanical properties because it will undergo bending force,twisting force and impact force in service.The experimental results show that if the steering knuckle is made of F40MnVS microalloy non quenched and tempered steel and the cooling rate is increased after forging in the position which will undergo the largest applied force,its mechanical properties may not only satisfy the requirement but also the quenching and tempering sequences can be omitted,therefore the production period shortened and the production cost decreased.
