摘　　要：从栽培条件、生态环境等方面介绍了影响小麦品质稳定性的因素,具体包括肥料因素、栽培方式、地理纬度和海拔、温度、降雨量、光照等;并介绍了影响小麦品质稳定性的分子生物学的初步研究结果,提出了进一步深入研究的初步构想。The factors which affect the stability of wheat quality,including the applied fertilizer and cultivation modes,geographical latitude and elevation,temperature,quantity of rainfall and light were introduced from cultivation and ecotope.In addition,the preliminary results about wheat quality stability to be studied concerning molecular biology were illustrated and how to study it profoundly were presented.
