摘 要:为了分析轻质油藏(如胜利和中原油田)注空气提高采收率的可行性,利用近绝热氧化反应装置,模拟了目标油藏原油与空气的低温氧化反应过程,基于假设的原油与空气反应式及简化的Arrhenius方程,考察了不同地层温度、压力、粘土含量对反应速率的影响,分析了产出气体组分中氧气和二氧化碳含量。结果表明,目标油藏原油可以发生低温氧化反应,注空气提高采收率技术可行;氧化反应速率受地层温度的影响较大,压力及粘土含量次之;模拟温度在95~130℃时,温度升高速度很慢,未检测到大幅升温情况。Before an air injection project, the feasibility needs investigated in light-oil reservoirs for improved oil recovery, for example Shengli and Zhongyuan Oilfield. The process was used a nearly adiabatic oxidation reaction apparatus, and simulated the low temperature oxidation (LTO) reaction process between crude oil and air. Based on the hypothetical reaction equation and simplified Arrhenius equation, the effects were studied for the reaction rates, such as reservoir temperatures, reservoir pressures, clay contents et al. And the contents were analyzed for oxygen and carbon dioxide in produced gas. The experimental results show that the crude oil could realize the LTO reaction, and the air injection technique is feasible in the targeted reservoirs. LTO reaction rate is greatly affected by reservoir temperatures, pressures and clay contents. The temperature (in the sand pack) is monitored during the reaction to detect the temperature increase due LTO reactions, which has shown that no significant temperature rising can be observed for the reaction temperature of 95 ℃ up to 130 ℃.
