Objective:To explore the curative effects of the attribution retraining on the major depression disorder(MDD),anxiety disorder(AD)and obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD). Method:Fifty four outpatients with MDD,AD or OCD were divided into 3 groups, which were treated with the attribution retraining.Multiple baseline method was adopted in the experimental research design and the curative effects were assessed using self anxiety scale(SAS),self depression scale(SDS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),social disability screening schedule(SDSS)and Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale(Y-BCOS)at the baseline and week 2,4,6,8. Results:After treatment, the three groups showed significant differences compared with the baseline in SDS,SAS,HAMA and HAMD(t=18.41,19.85,6.33,6.97,P0.01).OCD group demonstrated significant differences from the baseline in Y-BOCS(t=5.47,P0.001).The social function of all the patients improved remarkably(Z=-6.41,P0.001). Conclusion:The group attribution retraining can be effective in the treatment of MDD,AD and OCD.
