摘　　要：目的:探讨事件相关电位P300在评估慢性精神分裂症认知功能中的价值。方法:应用事件相关电位P300、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)及威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)分别对60例慢性精神分裂症患者(患者组)与60名健康志愿者(对照组)进行测查,分析P300潜伏期、波幅与神经心理学测验成绩的相关性。结果:患者组P300潜伏期延长及波幅降低,言语智商、操作智商、韦氏记忆商、WCST各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。P300潜伏期与操作智商、持续性错误百分数、随机错误百分数呈负相关;波幅与短时记忆、随机错误百分数呈正相关。结论:慢性精神分裂症患者存在全面的认知功能损害,P300潜伏期和波幅可作为其客观评估指标。Objective：To evaluate the feasibility of event-related potential P300 for the cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Method：P300,Wechsler memory scale（WMS）,Wechsler adult intelligence scale（WAIS-RC） and Wisconsin card sorting test（WCST） were employed to detect the cognitive function of 60 patients with schizophrenia （study group） and 60 healthy （control group）.Both the latency and amplitude of P300 were compared with the findings of neuropsychological test. Results：The latency period of P300 was prolonged and amplitude decrease,VIQ,PIQ,IQ,MQ,WCST in study group were significantly poorer than those in the controls （P0.05）.The latency period of P300 was negatively correlated with PIQ,percentage of preservative errors or random errors,P300 amplitude was positively correlated with the short-term memory and random errors percentage in study group. Conclusion：The patients with chronic schizophrenia may suffer from comprehensive impairment of cognitive function,the latency period and amplitude of P300 could be an objective indication of cognitive function.
