摘  要:在高等教育大众化背景下,提高大学生培养质量是社会进步、时代发展和高校保持旺盛生命力的需要。班级导师制彰显出精英教育的品质与价值,是培养造就多规格人才、个性化人才和创新型人才的重要机制。在探索推进试行班级导师制的过程中,我们面临着多个日益凸显的障碍性矛盾,有效处理管理层、导师层和学生层三个层面的关系能够有效缓解这些矛盾,从而使班级导师制在加强学生非智力因素培养,培育合格人才方面发挥应有的作用。To improve the quality of the university students' training meets the needs of social progress, the development of the period and the retaining of exuberant vitality in the universities against the higher education popularity backdrop.The class tutorial system shows the quality and the value of the outstanding students' education, which is an important system for the education of the versatile, personality and creativity talent.In the process of the class tutorial system' s exploration, we have to face the barrier which foregrounding increasingly. Efficiently handle the relationship between the managements, the tutors and the students can get across those barriers, and then brings the class tutorial system into play a deserved role in the university students' nonintellectual factors training and qualified talents' education.
